Description

Application:
Simply add Spectroline OIL-GLO ULTRA BRIGHT BLUE fluorescent dye to the system in the appropriate quantity and allow it to circulate for at least 5 min.

Reduce ambient brightness as much as possible and examine all areas using a UV light or blue light system

Recommended dosage: 0.1 – 0.8% depending on the intensity of the carrier fluid.

30 ml OIL-GLO ULTRA BRIGHT BLUE are sufficient for approx:
30 l light, liquid oils, such as hydraulic oil
15 l thicker, darker oils, such as compressor oil, dark hydraulic and lubricating fluids
11 l engine oil or 4 l gear oil

Application examples:
Construction machinery leaking (leakage), reducing the oil consumption of forklifts, finding oil leakage on a crane or using it as a fuel leak detection device in a steering system – this is just a small list of the many, almost endless possibilities. Avoid “dead-on-arrival” when delivering machines to your customers by checking them for leaks in advance. Other examples: milling machine oil leakage, construction machine drill bit leakage location, shredder detecting oil leakage, running gear hydraulic fluid leaking etc. and so on. Significantly lower your oil consumption and protect the environment and your budget!
