Description
Application:
Simply add WFS-83 to the system in the appropriate quantity and allow it to circulate for at least 5 min.
Reduce ambient brightness as much as possible and examine all areas using a UV light or blue light system After repairing and cleaning the leaks with degreaser or the usual cleaner, simply run and check the system again.
Recommended dosage:
5ml WFS-83 to 20 liters of water
30 ml WFS-83 to 120 l water
120 ml WFS-83 to 480 l water
240 ml to 960 l of water
500 ml to 2000 l of water
Store dark and cool (below 40°C).
Application examples:
Screw connections have leaks or you notice a slight loss of fluid because you have to continuously add fluid to the water or oil circuit. Then a fluid loss stop test is necessary. The WFS-83 for water-based systems is exactly the right choice for this, or alternatively a UV dye from the SECU-CHEK leakage dye range for oily media. The leak test is simple and effective with UV light; you can use the fluorescence as a preventive measure in order to check screw connections and valves for leaks or small hairline cracks at regular intervals. This also reduces contamination of the machine and its surroundings. This saves you money and expensive repairs. As an alternative to the WFS-83 dye for water-based media, we recommend the following product for oil systems: FS-818 SGB high-intensity yellow fluorescent universal dye for unrestricted leak detection in all oily systems, solvent-free
